Mangroves are an invaluable part of the marine ecosystem, and freely provide shelter for fish and shellfish as well as filtration, flood protection, and carbon sequestration services. They are also really lovely to stroll alongside.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhile mangroves are used in traditional dye practices, they are a protected species in NSW and are not actually used in creation of this colour.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGreens are exceptionally hard for me to photograph. I find that I often need to have another colour in the picture to accurately show the green. As such, I've offered a few shots of this colourway with others in my range. Avicennia is the lower colour in each photo where more than one is pictured. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe lighter, more silvery green is Silver Sage.
